Fashion News: Lady GaGa and Salma Hayek
The official representative of the famous designer Philip Treacy has recently confirmed that Lady Gaga has applied for an internship at this great hatter.
However, the star has not received an answer yet – the fashion designer apparently ponders whether it is worth having a pupil like Lady Gaga or not.
As a matter of fact, Tracy – famous for his fantastic hats and GaGa – adoring towear all sorts of strange designs on head could cooperate with each other. It is even hard to imagine what kind of collection of hats would be created as a result of such collaboration.

We can easily imagine Lady Gaga as a member of Tracy’s design team, but the star will hardly have a wish and be able to become a real “trainee”.
After all, the fate of trainees and apprentices in the fashion world is unenviable: they do the most menial work, get up too early and go to bed too late, go around “errands” along the town, assist designers, collect samples of materials, they even do “secretarial” work – sorting mail and prepare coffee for bosses.
Lady GaGa is not the first celebrity who has decided to learn lessons from the famous people in the world of fashion, she can certainly obtain many interesting and useful things during the internship, but she is still likely to remain at a privileged position. That’s why we’d better call her a “stellar pupil” rather than an intern.
While GaGa is going to become a milliner, Salma Hayek is not oblivious to the fact that High fashion should delight not only the spectators and the stars, but also serve the noble purposes.

Salma was the first celebrity to have the honor to wear evening dresses from the collection of Gucci Première by designer Frida Giannini. At the Cannes Film Festival many stars howed off in dresses from this collection.
Defiling in the “red carpet” of Cannes in a nice wine-colored dress from Gucci Première, Hayek made an impressive gesture – donating her dress to the charitable project “Penelope Cruz / Chopard Auction in support of J / P Haitian Relief Organization”.
The dress was sold at auction along with its original sketch made for Hayek and signed by the designer for 17 000 euros which was donated to the fund of aid to earthquake victims in Haiti.
