Light colored dresses and “maxi” sundresses are relevant during almost every summer season. These fashionable and practical dresses are suitable not only for hot weather, but also create a wonderful feminine and natural image.

In summer many western stars just adore wearing light summer dresses “to the floor”. And the British stylists assessed how well the stars choose dresses, create ensembles and image by 10-point scale.
It should be noted that none of the following stars received the highest score by rigorous stylists; however, some of them were praised.
For example, Nicole Scherzinger and Jennifer Aniston earned nine points, as they turned out to be the most stylish stars and picked the right ensemble.

Nicole looks perfect in a sundress from Mara Hoffman costing 100 pounds, wearing sunglasses and “flip-flops”. And Jennifer picked up an interesting model, perfectly accentuating her figure.
Both stars managed to observe the laws of the trend and create appropriate images in the style of “hippies”, full of naturalness and beauty. However, stylists didn’t like Scherzinger’s bag with zebra print as it is does not match the attire. It remains a puzzle why they did not give ten points to Aniston.
Eva Mendes selected an excellent model showing dignities of her body with bare shoulders and décolleté. However, the evaluation of stylists is only 8 points, as the color of her dress was “badly chosen” – it is too much alike a nightgown.
Liv Tyler got only 6 out of 10 points, as she picked up an inappropriate dress which looks old-fashioned, and in general it does not suit her at all. Liv’s breast size is too large for such a design (that’s why breast looks as if protruding), and the sleeves look too childish.
The stylists evaluated the attire of Jennifer Lopez by 7 points, as her bag does not fit the dress at all – it has another style. Besides, the stylists noted that the stars, mostly, do not follow one of the main rules – they should not wear heels with “maxi” sundresses.
7 points were given to the well-known businesswoman and political activist Samantha Cameron, as well as the to the model and TV star Chantelle Houghton.
In Samantha’s appearance stylists did not like the jacket – it is absolutely incompatible with the silk dress from Jaeger costing 299 pounds and with the bag. And Shantell made hairstyle unsuitable for such attire – with dresses and sundresses of this style one should have naturally flowing hair.
Dannii Minogue and Paris Hilton got out of the general “bohemian-hippy” style of the trend – Dannii received 5 points for the wrong leopard print, and Paris got only 4 points (according to stylists there are too many accessories and finishes) .
The penultimate place was also shared by Nicole Richie and Daisy Lowe, who also received 4 points. Nicole’s dress is too closed for this summer trend – long sleeves are not necessary, and Daisy looks shapeless in her attire.
According to stylists, of all the selected stars the American actress Kirstie Alley “remained behind”. She received only 3 points, which, to be honest, is even too much for such a bad ensemble. Apart from the fact that the dress does not suit her, inappropriate cardigan was also added to it.
While ratings the stars, British stylists expressed hope that these examples will help fashion lovers in the proper selection of summer dresses.
