Miniskirts are Forbidden in Africa for Road Safety
Wearing mini-skirts in Uganda (East Africa) is prohibited for road safety. The officials explain that wearing short skirts in public places are not safe for drivers. The inhabitants of African states are usually involving in accidents when seeing beautiful legs.
“When you meet naked person you begin to focus all your attention to the body, despite the fact that the driver has to pay all his attention to driving. Today you cannot distinguish a mother from her daughter – they are all naked!”, – Explained the Minister for Integration Nsaba Buturo at a press conference.
