Spring-Summer Collection from Derek Lam
On the creation of the spring-summer collection of ready-to-wear in 2010 by Derek Lam, the designer was inspired by the style of disco and colorful beaches of the East Coast of the USA, with their summer atmosphere of bright holiday.
“I have not made such a colorful collection for a long time, – said couturier before showing. – I think now it is the right time. to do this”
The new collection of stamps turned out quite patriotic – in fact the main print were stars, as if descended from an American flag.
The collection includes stylish brand swimsuits, trousers-”bananas” with high-waisted corsetry, youth mini-dresses and mini-suits, as well as suits with jackets and coats, blouses and shorts, Tops and T-shirts, and even a red mini-coat.
Many dresses were made from such materials as poplin, suede, denim and crepe de Chine.
Colorful spring-summer models from Derek Lam were complemented with nice clutches, stylish bags and shoes, and dainty straps. In the next articles we will introduce you closer to the fragments of clothes, shoes and accessories from this collection.
