Minimalism
In the history of handbags of this season, a separate chapter is dedicated to the modernist direction, standing out among other with its simplicity and functionality.

Bags with rivets
On the contrary to minimalism, denying any jewelry, develops the opposite direction, welcoming metal nails and studs, with which are generously covered the models of this trend.

Embossed Bags
This trend is not yet very popular, but may have a considerable potential for future seasons.

All this will cost less than the creation of models with lots of metal parts and external decorations. And the bags will look even nice: take a look at the carved model of Proenza Schouler, trompley techniques from Hermes, and no less interesting quilted finish of McCartney and Dior.

Hanging clasp
Once this small detail ensured the great success of the Chloe Paddington collection, but since then has passed enough time and it is partially forgotten.
Therefore, this season the designers have again started to use the hanging clasp as the focal jewelry of the bag.
Louis Vuitton has a number of monogram clasps on the width of the bag, Loewe has a belt buckle instead of a clasp, and both Luella and McQueen put emphasis on the shape of a heart.

Bags with chains
Bag with a chain – a mandatory attribute of any show, and winter collections were no exception.
New trend include: flat links, large, massive chains, ultra-modern elements, such as rubber links or semiprecious stones.
Particularly interesting is the jeans model of Pucci, where the chain covers the bag on the perimeter, then gradually moves into the handle.

Natural fur
Fur is one of the key materials of autumn-winter season of 2009-2010.
For bags are actual natural, coarse varieties of natural colors. This may be long-haired fur of fox and rabbit, a hard goat fur and striped polecat.
Bags are spectacularly decorated by fur tails or tassels of horse hair – for example, the model from Alessandro Dell `Acqua.

Supermodel has recently launched a new charity project, together with the Louis Vuitton brand and the organization of White Ribbon Alliance, an international ambassador of which is Campbell herself. The charity is struggling to reduce mortality among mothers and newborns.
For this new project Naomi selected models from the ready-to-wear bags of 2010 spring-summer collection by Louis Vuitton. This green bag with beige trim and tassels seemed the most “peaceful and universal” to Campbell, the star predicts that this bag will be sold well. The name of the selected Campbell bag is not yet known, but the price has already been appointed – 1900 Euros (about 2,790 dollars). Part of the profits from sales of this model will fund the White Ribbon Alliance. To this same organization, Naomi decided to donate all proceeds from the upcoming auction of the collection of bags from Hermes.
The bag from Louis Vuitton, selected by supermodel, will be on sale in 439 brand shops in the next International Women’s Day, 8 March, 2010.
Campbell, who has been working as a model for the famous couturier Marc Jacobs for16 years, said that the famous designer did not hesitate and immediately agreed to support a charitable project.

Continuing our conversation about the accessories it is necessary to note several points. In one word, this summer fashion does not differing with loyalty and democracy from the fashion of the last years. But it is easy to follow the fashion, however, we should remember every one has its individuality and it is not necessary to follow all tendencies of the fashion…
