Valentin Yudashkin Opened a New Boutique
The famous Russian couturier Valentin Yudashkin has recently opened a new boutique of his brand in Moscow. The representation of Valentin Yudashkin Fashion House is located in the old mansion of Sumarokov in the city centre.
The opening of a new boutique has excited the high society of Moscow and has gathered together many local stars.
At a press conference dedicated to this event Yudashkin said that he lived near the house of Sumarokov and felt sorry about the collapse of the ancient building, that’s why he turned to the mayor of Moscow with a proposal to restore it.

”I signed a contract on long-term lease for 49 years”, – told the couturier. – That is why we thought about the construction work with trepidation, realizing that we are to stay here for a long time. This house was reconstructed; its previous historical appearance was recovered”.
The restored two-story building was occupied with thematic halls with collections of Yudashkin – here all the creative directions/tendencies of the talented designer are presented, including the unexpected experimental project Yudashkin Home with massive furniture.
Despite the rainy weather, the opening of the new boutique of the brand in the Voznesensky side street was attended by many metropolitan stars – even by those who do not usually appear on the defile and Fashion weeks.
Among the major guests were, of course, Naomi Campbell and Vladislav Doronin – Yudashkin and her wife personally showed them all the halls of the mansion and displayed the exposed outfits. Naomi mostly liked the wedding dresses.
Among the guests of the event were the couples Dyuzheva and Spivakov, Valery and Joseph Prigogine, Natasha Korolyova and her husband Tarzan, Nadejda Babkina and Igor Krutoy, Boris Moiseev and his wife, Alexander Bujnov, Oleg Gazmanov and his wife, Klara Novikova and Vladimir Vinokur, Kira Plastinina and many others.
The opening of the boutique was also attended by pregnant Miroslava Duma, who liked the design very much. Miroslava and Helena Perminova admired the bags, dresses and especially the elegant hats- “tablets” from Yudashkin, which price varied from 200 to 400 thousand roubles. However, the girls purchased nothing.

In a press interview Duma said: “I had a wedding dress made by Yudashkin, but I think that one should grow up to wear dresses from his collections. Valentine’s style meets the requirements of more serious women. I still prefer wearing something youthful, for example, Topshop”.
And Klara Novikova, dressed in bright attire in the style of the turkmen robe, said: “I am of the opinion that it is much more original to wear clothes not from famous designers but from other nations”.
